Who can use Meeting Maker?
MTU has sufficient licenses for all faculty and staff. However not all faculty and staff have requested access. If you are not currently using Meeting Maker and wish to use it, contact your department computer support staff.

Can my calendar be accessed when I'm traveling?
Much like HuskyMail allows you to easily use email when you are away from your office, Meeting Maker also has a web client. Select the green Web Calendar link from the left-hand column of this web page.

How can I change my Meeting Maker password?
Meeting Maker now uses the campus ISO password, which is also used for email, check requests and other functions. You can't set up a special password for Meeting Maker. You can reset your campus ISO password at this web page https://www.login.mtu.edu.

Where did my proxy list go?
In the previous version a list of proxied users appeared in a list under "Proxy" on the tool bar.
In the new version the proxy list is not pre-populated. You can select "More proxies..." to see what other calendars you can view. In addition you can put calendars in your Favorite Proxy list and they will appear directly in your Proxy menu.

How can I get it to send email reminders?
On Windows based PC's, the user should check firewall for Port 25. Add "mm.exe" to the list of applications which are allowed to send email.
